Beginner's Running Club

 Want to take up running or looking to train for a fun run?Swindon Beginner's Running Club

Running is an excellent way to get fit and burn calories but it is extremely important that you start slowly and build up gradually to avoid injuries (and putting yourself off).

A Beginner's Running Club allows you to run with people of a similar level.  Courses run for 10 weeks and are held once a week with the aim of building up to a 30 minute run. 

The Club is based at Fitness First, Swindon West.  Courses run as standard every Wednesday at 12.30pm.  Each session will last approximately 45 minutes.  Alternatively why not start on a new evening course :

Why now get ready for a Race for Life event or other charity fun run?

The cost is £30 for 10 weeks or £4.00 per session for non Fitness First members.
