Exercise is key to a healthy lifestyle, and we all know it should form part of our lifestyle.  It is recommended that you exercise 3 to 5 times per week for 20 to 60 minutes for good cardiovascular health and weight maintenance.  Life, however, is time short and the first thing we usually neglect is our health and fitness.

Personal Training is a flexible way to achieving your recommended weekly exercise.  It adds expertise and focus to your programme and most importantly will keep you motivated.  Sessions are usually an hour long and can be done on a flexible basis.  An exercise programme can also be provided for you to do between sessions to keep up the good work.

  • At work - all equipment provided
  • At Fitness First, Swindon West - includes use of all gym facilities
